Quadrant Beverages AD owned by the Czech group Mattoni 1873 is the official producer and distributor of the PEPSI Co products (Pepsi, Mirinda, 7up, Evervess) Prisun Juices and representative of Lipton International (Lipton Ice Tea) for Bulgaria.
From 2021 Quadrant Beverages takes over the market development of „RILANA“ spring water.

Mattoni 1873 is among the leaders in the soft drinks market in 8 countries of Central and Eastern Europe with its 11 plants and over 3000 employees.

We continue to grow and we now search to find experienced:

COMMERCIAL CONTROLLER

Your responsibilities:
*Monitoring and analysing financial operations with the Commercial and Marketing departments;
*Performing the variance analysis vs budget;
*Supporting Commercial and Marketing departments in the processes of budgeting, forecasting and monthly analyses;
*Evaluating the Commercial and Marketing promotions and offers suggestions for optimizing results;
*Reporting on the effectiveness of these promotions;
*Evaluating the monthly forecast prepared by Sales;
*Monthly reporting of the results per channel, area and product to the relevant stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing);
*Responsible for the financial evaluation of the rolling forecast;
*Partnering with Sales and other departments on regular reviews with focus on margins, P&L by customers and product groups;
*Preparation monthly and cumulative Brand profitability reports;
*Preparation and analysing the channel profitability and customer contribution results;
*Budget controlling to ensure that sales and costs are in line with agreed limits or targets. Making sure that the needed action is communicated to the budget responsible stakeholders;
*Monthly reviewing of correctness and completeness of trade spend and marketing spend accruals;
*Leading together with Trade marketing the promotion evaluation process. Measure the effectiveness of promotions and optimize promotional activities, recommends promotional strategies to maximize return;
*Lead the process of Budgeting of commercial and marketing departments during annual planning;
*Actively participating in the processes of budgeting and forecasting;
*Supporting the assessment and analysis of commercial investment;
*Preparing irregular reports, calculations and analyzes related to the commercial and marketing initiatives.

Your advantages:
*University Degree in Economics, Business and/or Accounting;
*At least 2 years experience in controlling/analyst position in a multicultural environment;
*Excellent Excel skills;
*Fluent in English – both verbal & written;
